Tiny Getaway in Tiny Regen Farm Stay

We were looking for a peaceful place, away from the noise and busyness, where we could slow down and relax. 

We found the Tiny Regen Farm Stay in Lawrence, Victoria and when we arrived, we received a warm welcome from the owner Andrew and his two furry mates, Mani and Ghinko. Being dog lovers, we instantly felt we were in the right place. 

Andrew showed us the house and we scheduled a tour of the property for the next day. That night, we lit a fire and cooked dinner while enjoying the stunning view of the landscape. The kitchen had everything we needed and Andrew even left some fresh eggs and fruit for us.

The next day, Andrew showed us the chickens and geese and let our little boy feed them which he absolutely loved. When we went on a little tour with Andrew he showed us his property and took us to feed his beautiful cows. While we love admiring cows when we are driving, it’s not every day you get to feed them, so we were all delighted. Then it was back to rest and relaxation! 

Later that night, we went for a walk through Andrews paddocks to the top of his hill which offers beautiful views of the surroundings like the sun setting on the farmland. We highly recommend the reward for effort in getting to the top. Every now and then, we had Mani and Ghinko stop by to check on us and for their daily dose of cuddles.

It was quiet and peaceful, just like we hoped, with lots of cows and – of course – dogs around.
