Tuscan Tiny House 1 by Tiny Away located in Montopoli val d'Arno, Italy. Our tiny house is just a 10-minute walk from Montopoli in Val d’Arno, enjoy simple comforts on-site like seasonal swimming pool, restaurant and bar.

Explore the Tuscan region's must-see spots like Devil’s Bridge, Ponte delle Catene, Canyon Park and Viareggio.

A cozy 252-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two mobile homes on the property: Tuscan 1 and Tuscan 2. Each is located approximately 75 meters from the main house, while the two mobile homes are situated about 3 meters apart.

If you are looking for a place to dine, Montopoli in Val d’Arno offers a blend of authentic food, culture, and countryside charm. Enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine at L’Eremita and Antica Norcineria Marianelli, or stop by Bar La Dolce Vita for coffee and pastries. Nearby, explore the medieval streets of San Miniato Historic Center, visit Rocca di Federico II for panoramic views, or discover the iconic Vespa at Museo Piaggio. The area also offers local markets, scenic countryside walks, and seasonal festivals celebrating Tuscan food and culture.
- WiFi is available; however, please expect limited WiFi connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality - Eelctric BBQ grill is available - Coffee machine is available - For safety reasons, smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the tiny house is strictly prohibited. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Electric bike rental is available at an additional cost - A communal swimming pool is available, typically open from April/May through to the end of September or early October, depending on the season. Guest Advisory - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - We would like to remind guests that our tiny house follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank. Important note: - Open fire is not available during a total fire ban - Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. Children are welcome under close adult supervision, including a safety guide sent prior to booking. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Surrounded by gentle landscapes, relaxed village atmosphere and on-site features like seasonal swimming pool, restaurant and bar. This Tuscan region offers a mix of history, nature, and outdoor adventure. The iconic Devil’s Bridge (Ponte della Maddalena) stands as a striking medieval landmark over the Serchio River. The historic Ponte delle Catene—offers scenic views in one of Europe’s earliest suspension bridges. Visit Canyon Park which provides activities such as ziplining, climbing, and paddleboarding set within forested hills, while the surrounding Bagni di Lucca region is known for its rivers, thermal springs, and walking trails. You can enjoy the coast, our private beach is just a 25-minute drive away, or you can take the train to the popular seaside destination of Viareggio.
