Tiny Sublime by Tiny Away is nestled in the peaceful tiny house of Kia Ora, just 25 minutes from Gympie. Gympie is renowned for its thriving agriculture, and its position as a gateway to the scenic Cooloola Coast and breathtaking Mary Valley.

Here, our pet-friendly retreat is nestled within a koala habitat, with a nearby creek where you may spot the occasional platypus, creating a peaceful wilderness setting to unwind. Guests can also experience rural farm life through nearby farms, orchards, and scenic walking trails.

This 139-square-foot farm stay features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings. NOTICE: There are farm animals and agricultural activities in the area. If you want a taste of farm life away from the city bustle, this tiny house is perfect for you.
- Gas Weber BBQ Grill is available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except in designated areas - Expect roaming farm animals and agricultural activities in the area - Telstra and Optus have good phone signals; others have no signals - Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property - We would like to advise guests that longer check outs have an additional charge - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - Pets are limited to (2) pets, per stay with 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Guest Advisory - We are situated by a campsite with occasional noise. If you have any concerns about the noise, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
