Tiny Divine Farm Stay by Tiny Away sits in Bunding, close to Ballan, Victoria. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy sunsets, wildlife, and visit local favorites like Sailors Falls, St Anne’s Winery, Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve, Pykes Creek, and Daylesford’s Boathouse Restaurant.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This off-grid tiny house runs on solar power. We advise guests to conserve energy during the day and only use it when necessary.

Guests can access the tiny home and nearby paddock but must get permission before entering other paddocks, like horse areas. Other amenities available by 24 hrs notice: - Breakfast hamper: $35 per person - Horse agistment: $15 per night per horse - Outdoor firepit, lighters and firewood (cold months only): $30 per day - Tree hammocks, canoe (life vests provided), and fishing for yabbies with our net. Just ask your host.
- No WiFi - Some spaces are shared - Diesel generator-powered - Motorbikes are not allowed - Solar-powered / Off-grid unit - No smoking allowed on the property - Good mobile reception with Telstra - Water sourced comes from harvested rainfall - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without your land host's permission - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Before checking out, please keep our tiny house clean and make sure to wash your dishes after use Off-grid Guidelines - Guests are encouraged to bring portable power banks, charge devices in advance, and conserve energy to avoid running out of electricity. Important note: - Abundant wildlife present on the property - No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly. - For stays of 3 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Tiny Divine Farm Stay by Tiny Away is located in the rural town of Bunding, just 7 minutes from Ballan, Victoria. This holiday home offers easy access to the Mineral Springs region, scenic hiking trails, and other local attractions. Enjoy outdoor activities like bush riding with your own bike or horse, visiting local reservoirs such as Korweinguboora and Moorabool, and exploring nearby waterfalls like Sailors Falls and Tipperary Spring. You can also go bushwalking in nearby reserves, Daylesford Botanical Gardens, and Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve.

The property is 20 acres of farmland nestled in the Wombat Forest of central Victoria. The cool climate and high rainfall means we are surrounded by lovely, tall eucalypt forest. The house and garden is extensively planted with ornamental and productive gardens, including a fruit orchard, veggie garden and avenues of deciduous trees. The farm is home to a small flock of sheep, chooks, a very friendly border collie dog, and abundant birdlife. The rear of the property has 5 acres of forest to explore with elevated views to the east and access beyond to the Wombat Forest. The nearby forest includes lush fern covered gullies which form the head waters of the Moorabool river.
