THE SPACE
The Winemaker's Loft 1 by Tiny Away offers four peaceful, pet-friendly tiny houses in the heart of Coonawarra, around 380 km southeast of Adelaide. Elevated above the vines, each retreat features panoramic vineyard views, a cozy queen loft bedroom, and a king single sofa bed downstairs—ideal for couples, friends, or small families.

Spend your days exploring the renowned Coonawarra Winery Walking Trail, visiting award-winning cellar doors, or discovering nearby attractions like the UNESCO-listed Naracoorte Caves, Bool Lagoon, Blue Lake, and the breathtaking Limestone Coast before returning to the tranquility of the vineyards.

A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have a total of eight tiny homes in this property, " Bush Hideaway 1," " Bush Hideaway 2," "Bush Hideaway 3," "Bush Hideaway 4,", "Vineyard Vista 1," "Vineyard Vista 2," "The Winemaker's Loft 1" and "The Winemaker's Loft 2" available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. Pets are allowed with 24 hours' notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. - An additional fee of $15 per pet per night applies for extra pets.
- Wi-Fi is available. - Gas BBQ grill is available. - No smoking inside, except in designated areas. - Children are welcome under close adult supervision. - Potable water is free, dryers and washers are also available. - Only Telstra has a strong signal, while other providers have limited or weak coverage. - We would like to remind guests that our tiny house follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank. Important Note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas - Children are welcome under close adult supervision, including a safety guide sent prior to booking. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
