THE SPACE
The Odyssean Tiny House B by Tiny Away is a cozy tiny house retreat in Quorrobolong, just 16 minutes from Cessnock in the Hunter Region. It offers easy access to wineries, hiking and cycling trails, and beautiful natural spots. Nearby attractions include Watagans National Park, Dora Creek, and Bonnells Bay on Lake Macquarie.

A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed, and a convertible single-bed couch on the ground floor. All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a flushed toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings. Except for farm sheds, stables, and shipping containers. Activities are available with 24 hrs notice: - Guests have full use of the spa the whole time they are there, they do not need to do any pre booking. - Enjoy on-site riding trails for horses or motorcycles. Bring your horse and use the sand arena for $50/night. Follow safety guidelines on this working farm. EXCITING NEWS! We welcome special occasions—weddings, birthdays, or any event you want to remember. Get in touch to start planning your perfect day!

Horses receive a fully fenced paddock, access to town water, guests can ride the trails out the back of wash their horses down at the wash bay. - Mobile reception is good in town - No smoking inside the tiny home, except outdoors - Please bring your own firewood to use the outdoor firepit - Keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the chairs, etc. - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed unless approved in advance by the hosts - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Safety guidelines - Please keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft is quite steep - Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay - We strictly advise guests to follow these safety guidelines to avoid potential accidents on the property - The property has electric fencing and not to touch. Children should always be supervised Important note: - Outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Expect some noise as the property is a working farm stay accommodation that cares for farm animals and crops

Our property is only 2 minutes to town and 500 metres to a main road. Main house is 100 metres away and the stables are only 20 metres from the tiny house. The tiny houses are 200 metres from each other.

This Airbnb is not worth staying at. There is an electric fence that they do not warn you about. There are many missing amenities such as coffee pods, salt and pepper (among other things) that are advertised on the listing. It stinks because you are sleeping meters away from piles of horse poo that haven’t been cleaned up. There are people in the house nearby watching you always from the balcony. The tiny Home is a quite dirty and the spa is poorly maintained.

Place was lovely and a great location surrounded by horses. A couple of things that affected our stay. - pipes froze overnight and was unable to flush the toilet/ have a shower or utilise the sink. Being in a location where you would typically go out for lunch or wineries we needed to have a shower. Toilet was an issue as there was no other amenities. - hot water ran out after 30 seconds, understandable need to be switched over but would assume this would of been checked before hand. - dishes in cupboard, high surfaces were not cleaned with dust , webs and ants. Although this affected our experience the location and outside of the home, the spa , fire and environment was beautiful

Very easy to communicate with the host. The hot tub was a great touch but think it could be worth cleaning/adding more chlorine.
