Lychees at Pashleys 1 by Tiny Away is a cozy tiny house set right beside a working lychee orchard in Welcome Creek, offering uninterrupted views of rows of lush, broad-leafed trees. Wake up to the gentle rhythm of farm life and enjoy a peaceful stay just 15 minutes from the coastal city of Bundaberg.

When you’re ready to explore, Moore Park Beach is a short drive away for calm ocean swims, while nearby attractions like Mon Repos Conservation Park, the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, and the Bundaberg Botanic Gardens make for easy and memorable day trips.

This 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom featuring a gas-heated shower, hand basin, and eco-friendly cassette toilet.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny homes at the property, "Lychees at Pashleys 1 and Lychees at Pashleys 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy mobile homes to enjoy.

Welcome Creek sits at the productive heart of the Bundaberg Region, shaped almost entirely by irrigated horticulture. Lychee orchards and sugarcane fields run alongside sandy loam soil that has been farmed for generations. Moore Park Beach is ten minutes north, on a north-facing Coral Sea coastline, with calm water and rip-free, backed by she-oak, casuarina, and pandanus. Kangaroos and wallabies move through the reserve fringes at dusk. The Moore Park Tavern serves steak to a local crowd that's been doing exactly that for years. Moore Park Bakery is the reliable morning stop, while the IGA handles the rest. Nearby, discover local attractions: - The Bundaberg Rum Distillery has operated since 1888, running molasses from the neighboring Millaquin Sugar Mills through fermentation vats and a barrel house before it reaches the glass. - Mon Repos Conservation Park holds the largest concentration of nesting loggerhead turtles on the eastern Australian mainland. Enjoy ranger-guided tours that run nightly from November through March. - The Bundaberg Botanic Gardens span 27 hectares in North Bundaberg, home to 114 bird species, Japanese and Chinese garden walks, and a working heritage steam train.
