This 252-square-foot tiny house features easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guests can access the tiny house, the garden, and the playground in the backyard. Preorders available with 24 hrs notice from host: - Complimentary firewood is available - Gas BBQ grill and outdoor firepit are available
- Wifi is available - Coffee maker is available - Mobile phone reception has good signal - No Unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No Smoking inside, except outside the tiny home - No Breakfast as it is a self-service accommodation - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. - Pets are allowed and limited to (1) pet only (like dog, NO CATS), must be on a leash at all times, and permission must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, with the full policy sent before arrival. Important note: - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly in the accessible ashtray - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
