Let our holiday homes become your base as you discover this Queensland region’s amazing spots like Springbrook National Park, Bally Mountain, Bonogin Valley Horse Retreat, Boomerang Farm Bike Park, Burleigh Heads, Robina Town Centre, and Dreamworld.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. Pre-orders are all available with 24 hrs prior notice: - Gas BBQ grill is at one-time fee of $50 for the entire stay. - The property uses rainwater, which is safe to use. Please boil the water before drinking. Water is charged at $15 per day for 2 guests.
- Wifi is available - This property is not suitable for kids. - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception is good for Telstra; other networks have weak to no signal - Smoking is permitted only at the fire pit. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the fire pit. - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, and close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. Children are welcome under close adult supervision, including a safety guide sent prior to booking. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
