Eleonora 1 by Tiny Away is located in Silvi (64028), in the Province of Teramo, Italy. Enjoy tiny house living nestled in a hilly area surrounded by olive trees. It offers stunning sea views and convenient access to nearby attractions such as the sulphur springs at Lavino Park in Scafa, the protected marine area of Torre di Cerrano in Silvi Marina, and the scenic Villa Park in Atri.

It's a 252-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and electric-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses, "Eleonora 1" and "Eleonora 2", available with 24 hours' notice in advance.

Please note: the distance between two tiny house is 20 meters while the ⁠distance between tiny house and main house is 70 meters.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny home and its natural surroundings. The property features a picnic area, a small farm with goats, chickens, and geese, as well as an organic vegetable garden.
- Child-friendly - Wifi is available - Electric and Gas BBQ grill is available - Mobile phone reception has a good signal - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Drinking water and Breakfast are available with 24 hrs notice - No smoking inside the tiny home, except designated smoking areas with ashtrays - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed with 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
