Clarity Springs 1 by Tiny Away is a peaceful farm stay in Clackline, Western Australia, just an hour's drive from Perth. Surrounded by trees, open green spaces, and a tranquil pond with a charming wooden deck, this relaxing countryside retreat is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Explore the region’s rich heritage with visits to the Newcastle Gaol Museum, Connors Mill Museum, and York Motor Museum, or discover the charm of nearby country towns. Nature lovers can enjoy the renowned Swan Valley Wine Region, while Avon Valley National Park and Julimar Forest offer excellent opportunities for hiking, wildlife spotting, and scenic outdoor adventures.

After a day of exploring, return to your cozy 139-square-foot tiny home, featuring a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. Amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet and a gas-heated shower, making it a comfortable and relaxing choice for your countryside getaway.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep an eye out for kangaroos, emus, pigs, and other animals on the property.

If you're booking for a group, we have two tiny houses available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

Yes, there are one restricted zone. An 1856 cottage that will be restored in the future as a future tourist attraction due to it's historic value for the region.
- Free potable water is provided - Family-friendly Accommodation - Mobile phone reception is excellent - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside the tiny house, or outdoors - Please note that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; while other networks have no signal - A Charcoal & Wood BBQ Grill is available in the winter, while a Gas BBQ grill is available in summer - Pets are limited to (2) two pets per cabin, and must be on leash as we have farm animals in the property. Please inform the host 24 hrs prior. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.

Shopping and Groceries: - Woolworths - 165 Fitzgerald St, Northam - Coles - 10 Beamish Ave, Square, Northam - Aldi - 10 Beamish Ave, Square, Northam They offer everything. Parks & Nature: - Swan Valley Wine Region - a whole area - day tours for wine, cheese, etc. - Avon Valley National park - Unnamed Road (Big area), 4x4, hiking, camping etc. - Julimar Forrest - Big Forrest with various activities, 4x4, hiking, camping etc. Festivals, Arts, & Culture: - Avon Descent - A major 124km white-water race traveling through the valley. (8/9 Aug) - Northam motor Sport Festival - Flying fifties, Classic car event (26/27 April) York Festival - spring festival (Sept) featuring two weeks of arts, crafts, theatre, dance, and workshops (Late July) All tickets at the Shires Offices
