Berry Good by Tiny Away sits in the charming farm stay in Timboon, just 45 minutes from Warrnambool and an hour’s drive from Ballarat. Our tiny house is only 15 minutes from Port Campbell, this tiny house puts you within easy reach of some of Victoria’s most breathtaking coastal attractions.

Venture a little further, and you’ll discover the dramatic beauty of Loch Ard Gorge and the world-famous Twelve Apostles—both just a short drive from Timboon’s finest holiday homes. These iconic landmarks are featured on visitgreatoceanroaddotcomdotau and lie within the Corangamite Shire.

This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home is situated on our front lawn, bordered by native gardens, a fish pond, and grapevines, and overlooks the beautiful strawberry fields. It offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny home and explore most of the farm. Our friendly pet sheep, pony, and chickens are near the parking area and easy to meet. We also have beef cattle and horses, which guests can feed under the supervision of our farm workers. Say hello to Banna the miniature horse – he's friendly, loves pats and snacks, and even gives little rides to kids! He’ll often be seen pulling a cart around the farm with us. We’ve got hand-raised sheep to feed and cuddle, plus chickens, horses, and cattle to meet. From October to May, you can pick your own strawberries, and seasonally enjoy figs, blackberries, apples, and nashi pears fresh from the orchard. Grab a bite at our Aussie Café, enjoy flavours from our Thai Restaurant, or unwind at the bar. Arriving late? Just order ahead and your takeaway will be waiting in your cabin. SAFETY NOTICE: Please note that our larger animals are kept behind clearly marked electric fences. We kindly ask that you DO NOT CROSS the fences!

The full policy will be sent before arrival. - We have pets that are tame and friendly. We ask that guests do not enter any enclosures without a member of staff. - We have housing on site for our chefs and farm hand. This makes it safer for any guests. We also have 1 motel room for holiday makers. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.   - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Berry Good by Tiny Away is located in Timboon, just 15 minutes from Port Campbell and close to Victoria’s stunning coast. Explore the Great Ocean Road's iconic attractions, including the world-famous Twelve Apostles, scenic clifftop walks, helicopter flights, and the Otway National Park's ziplining and treetop adventures. For a slower pace, visit Beech Forest's waterfalls or enjoy a peaceful stroll across the restored Timboon Trestle Bridge. When it's time to eat, sample whisky at Timboon Distillery, indulge at Timboon Fine Ice Cream or Li'l Bit of Sweet, savour fresh local produce at Timboon Organic Dairy & Café, or enjoy craft beer from End of the Line Brewery alongside a meal at Berry Good Thai Restaurant. For everyday essentials, Timboon's IGA has groceries, fresh produce, and more, while Main Street offers bakeries, cafés, takeaway, boutique shopping, Babche Wines, a post office, and a newsagency.
